Returns
1. Each piece is custom made just for you and never mass produced.
We can say with confidence that we believe you will absolutely LOVE your jewels. However, in the off chance that you are not happy, we will be very sad of course...... but we offer a 7 day return policy from the day you receive your jewels
for a store credit only.

2. When returning to us, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your refund will NOT include any shipping costs. You must contact us prior to shipping back to us for a return authorization number, otherwise your return may be refused. We will only accept returns sent to us from you local post office and not from UPS, Fed Ex , Purolator, DHL or any other shipping companies unless we have given you written authorization
You must write Warranty repair on said item. ( please see exceptions at bottom of page )
3. If there is an obvious manufacturer's defect within 30 days, we will happily fix your jewelry, so please notify us right away. We are here to help you and we want you to be happy.
Upon inspection and approval of said defect, we will repair your item with pleasure so that you can wear it and love it! We will then send it back to you at our cost... In this case, all the above mentioned rules regarding shipping back to us apply. When returning to us, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must contact us prior to shipping for a return authorization number, otherwise your return may be refused . We will only accept returns sent to us from you local post office and not from UPS,
Fed Ex , Purolator, DHL or any other shipping companies unless we have given you written authorization to use another service. You must write Warranty repair on said item. Shipping costs for sending items back to us should be between $10-$15 with a tracking number and we will pay you back for this.
If it is more expensive, you must ask us before shipping as we will help you find a better and less expensive option.
4. If there is an obvious manufacture's defect which of course we will fix, and we contact you to assure you that we will fix it, but you choose to return the item instead for a credit, and it is within the 7 day return option, then this will be considered a return, and thus shipping costs will NOT be included in your credit. Items should be returned new, unworn, clean and undamaged.

"manufacturer's defects" If your order has been shipped by us and a delivery notice has been issued by the official courier ( Canada Post, USA postal service, UPS, Fed Ex, HDL, Purolator,) but you claim that you have not received said delivery, then you must contact us right away and we will do everything possible to help with the investigation. If the outcome from the official investigation carried out by the courier results in a conclusion that said package was indeed delivered, and or then lost or disappeared, we are legally no longer responsible for said package, but we will likely offer to replace said items as a goodwill and good customer service offer.
Exceptions; There are no exchange, refunds or credit notes on all earrings( for hygienic reasons), rings, and personalized items including all necklaces with initials and or names. And we are sure you can understand why. However, we will of course repair the jewelry with love & care if there is a manufacturer's defect found within 3 months (at our discretion). We cannot offer a refund or give a credit note after 48 hours of a personalized order being placed, even on the rare occasion that an order is delayed in production or shipping as each precious piece is personalized and custom made just for you
There are no returns or exchanges on all items in the "holiday shopping" collection, our Tennis necklaces, Tennis bracelets, Tennis paperclip bracelets, daisy bracelets, CZ heart necklaces & bracelets, CZ star necklaces and bracelets, CZ heart and star earrings, gemstone friendship bracelets, sale items. However, if there is an obvious manufacturer's defect within 15 days of customer receiving said pieces,we will repair or replace
