Please note: Before you ship anything back to us: It is important that you contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org as we will only accept returns once we have communicated with you through email, and we have provided you with shipping instructions
Please note that all our jewelry is custom made just for you in beautiful Canada. It is never mass produced. Therefore your order will take approx 2-4 weeks. Please be patient as it is worth the wait.
If you need it faster- It will always take the same amount of time to produce our jewels, however, you can always choose the fastest shipping option to speed things up during the shipping process and please contact us as we are here to help you.
Please understand that delivery dates are not guaranteed as there can be service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of
The Right Hand Gal. We always try our best for you and move in a timely manner. We are not responsible nor can we provide a refund for lost parcels in the event that an incorrect shipping address was entered by the customer OR if the package was attempted delivery and they could not deliver due to an issue with the receiver's address or location, even if it was the correct address as provided by the customer, OR if the tracking notification confirms item has been successfully "delivered". We cannot refund a shipment because it is late. If a shipment is late and this is due to the courier, we must go through the protocol of tracing the package and opening up a case to confirm that it is in fact late and not lost. Once the case has been resolved with a conclusion of loss at the fault of the courier, then at our discretion, we can proceed to remaking the lost jewelry. Again, there is a protocol for tracing and opening up a case with the couriers and as such we have to follow set protocols. Our goal is to always help our customers in every situation and we are always here to communicate.
If you don't love your piece of jewelry
We can say with confidence that we believe you will absolutely LOVE your jewels. However, in the off chance that you are not happy, we will be very sad of course, but we offer a 7 day return for a STORE CREDIT from the day you receive your jewels. This does not include personalized pieces, rings or earrings as described under "exceptions".
Since all of our jewelry is 100 % custom made just for you, we do not issue refunds -only store credit within 7 days of receipt and we will do this with LOVE - please see exceptions below
Please Note Exceptions; There are no exchange, refunds or credit notes on all earrings( for hygienic reasons), rings, and personalized items including all necklaces with initials and or names. And we are sure you can understand why. Instead, we will of course repair the jewelry with love & care if there is a manufacturer's defect or an issue (at our discretion)
EXCEPTIONS There are no returns, exchanges or repairs on any of our "specially" priced items such as the Tennis necklaces, Tennis bracelets, Tennis paperclip bracelets, CZ heart necklaces & bracelets for holiday, CZ star necklaces and bracelets for holiday, CZ heart and star earrings for holiday
Items should be returned new, unworn, clean and undamaged.
When returning to us, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your credit note will NOT include any shipping costs.

If there is an obvious manufacturer's defect within 3 months
Once our team deems the damage to be caused by a manufacturing issue we will happily fix your jewelry, so please notify us right away. We are here to help you and we want you to be happy first & foremost.
Upon inspection and approval of said defect, we will repair your item with pleasure at no cost to you and you will only be responsible for the cost of shipping your piece to us and for us to shipping back to you.
Please note that with regards to a repair/ defect, If you are an international customer, and your issue can be easily fixed by a local jeweler, ie replacing a clasp, or cleaning etc... we may suggest that you repair it in your city to save time and travel and we will happily refund you for the repair cost based on our conversation with you.
After 3 months, it will be on a piece by piece basis and there could be a shipping and repair cost once the issue is assessed.
If the damage is deemed to be caused by wear and tear, then shipping charges will apply, as well as potential repair-related costs. Again, It will be on a piece by piece basis and we will always do our very best for you!
Cancelling your order
Please understand that we take great pride in the fact that each piece is handcrafted in Canada just for you, ( custom made) and because of this, - we can only allow up to 48 hours after ordering online to cancel your order. We respect whatever reason you may have, and of course you will be refunded in full, however, after that point, we cannot refund your placed order as the production is in process.
We hope you can understand as we are simply not mass produced and your piece is made just for you!
