Hello precious customers!

Please read below


1. Each piece is custom made just for you right here in beautiful Canada - and never mass produced.
We can say with confidence that we believe you will absolutely LOVE your jewels. However, in the off chance that you are not happy, we will be very sad of course, but we offer a 7 day return / credit  policy from the day you receive your jewels. We only offer credit as every piece is custom made just for you.
When returning to us, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your refund will NOT include any shipping costs.

 Please Note Exceptions; There are no exchange, refunds or credit notes on all earrings( for hygienic reasons), rings, and personalized items including all necklaces with initials and or names. And we are sure you can understand why. Instead, we will of course repair the jewelry with love & care if there is a manufacturer's defect or an issue (at our discretion)

EXCEPTIONS There are no returns, exchanges or repairs on any of our  "specially" priced items such as the Tennis necklaces, Tennis bracelets, Tennis paperclip bracelets, CZ heart necklaces & bracelets for holiday, CZ star necklaces and bracelets for holiday, CZ heart and star earrings for holiday

Items should be returned new, unworn, clean and undamaged.

 

When returning to us, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your credit note will NOT include any shipping costs.

    It is important that you contact us prior to shipping back to us for a return authorization number, otherwise your return may be refused, not because we are unkind, but rather, because we won't know what the package is, why it is being sent to us and we want to make sure it gets through customs if your are in the USA.

    We will only accept returns sent to us from your local post office and not from UPS, Fed Ex , Purolator, DHL or any other shipping companies unless we have given you written authorization through email, and we have sent you proper instructions on how to send back via courier. The process is easy as long as we communicate!

    2. Manufacturer's defect
    If there is an obvious manufacturer's defect within 30 days, we will happily fix your jewelry, so please notify us right away. We are here to help you and we want you to be happy first & foremost.
    Upon inspection and approval of said defect, we will repair your item with pleasure so that you can wear it and love it! We will then send it back to you at our cost of course.

    As with all returns, the same rules apply;

    3 There are no refunds or exchanges on all earrings, rings, custom made pieces  and personalized items. And we are sure you can understand why. However, if there is an obvious manufacture's defect within the first 30 days of receipt, the rules outlined under manufacture's defect apply.


    4.. If your item is being sent to a PO box we may call you for an alternate address or we will require a signature upon delivery, as Canada Post will no longer deliver to PO boxes without a signature.

    IN CONCLUSION:
    We hope you LOVE your jewels as we make every single piece with love just for you! We will always try our very best to take good care of you and we want happy customers forever & ever!
