FROM CANADA:
When sending your current necklace back to us- Please include all pertinent information inside the package, including your name, order number and your request details.
Please make sure to place the necklace in a brand new, small ziplock baggie with a portion of the chain sticking out, so that it doesn’t tangle (there is a $25 detangle charge.
Please do not attach any tape to the chain.
Please let us know once it has been shipped out (if using tracking, please take down #, or take a picture of the package with tracking info for your reference).
FROM THE USA:
When sending your current necklace back to us- Please include all pertinent information inside the package, including your name, order number and your request details.

We recommend using the US Postal Service only. If a value is required, please don't exceed $25, higher values could trigger customs and duties charges which will be charged back to you the sender. If you choose another courier such as UPS
or Fedex- please write the value as $19 CAD
Please also be sure to write "Warranty Repair" on the outside shipping label
